Appointments/Cancellations
When scheduling an appointment, we require a credit card to secure that appointment time so that your selected treatment will be reserved especially for you. Please note: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hour notice to avoid a fee.

No Shows/Late Arrivals
We understand they happen, and we will be glad to re-book for you. However, your credit card/gift certificate will be charged
$25 per reservation if cancelled with less than a 24 hr. notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will still finish your treatment on time, while the fee remains unchanged.

Returns
Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with a product, please return it within 30 days so we may reevaluate your desires. We will be happy to exchange your product for another suited to your needs.

Quiet
Our ambiance was created to promote relaxation... a quiet tone is appreciated. We ask that all cell phones, pagers, etc., be turned off or set to 'silent' mode so as to not disturb yourself or others during your time at the spa. Please respect others while enjoying your Second Wind by using your 'Spa Voice' at all times while in the facility.

Children
Though children are precious, our facility cannot accommodate them at this time. Please bring pictures! All clients must be of 18 years to receive a massage or 16 years old with parent's consent.

Body Treatment Tid-Bits
Throughout your treatments you will be discreetly covered. Disposable underwear is available but feel free to bring a swim suit. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Gratuities
Our best reward is your personal recommendation of Second Wind to a friend. Gratuities are therefore left to your discretion. But, if you would like to show your appreciation to your therapist, 10% to 20% gratuity is customary.

Gift Certificates
A gift every "body" wants... A chance to renew, relax and truly get away from it all. A Second Wind gift certificate makes an ideal gift for every occasion. Gift certificates may be mailed directly with a personalized greeting, or purchased online through our website. 

Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at Second Wind at the time of service. Lost or stolen gift certificates are non-refundable, replaceable or valid. Gift certificates may be transferred and new gift certificates issued for a fee of $5 per re-issued gift certificate.
